new hard drive to replace old one in XPS 8300

I like to replace the existing ST31500341AS hard drive in my XPS 8300 PC with a new one.  I was thinking of using the Seagate ST2000DM001.  Will it physically fit and electronically OK for the XPS?  Any iisues with mounting it physically (eg, cage)?   If not what other drive could I use?
