I have a Dell Optiplex 9020 running the latest A16 BIOS. System came with 2 SATA HD's. I unplugged the original SATA drives, then I installed new Toshiba NVM 512g drive into the 16x slot and installed Windows 10 from a flash drive. During the installation, I selected to install the Toshiba driver to make sure the setup was correct. Windows installed to the new NVM, and after the first reboot required during the setup, the system said there was no hard drive found. BIOS is set to use UEFI, and the SATA settings are AHCI. When I tried to add a UEFI device manually in BIOS, no system was found. Seems the BIOS does not see the EFI partition that was created. Stumped.
