After instillation, a full system BU was performed and subsequently several updates installer errors corrected. Overnight, the corrections recognized that win.V.8 was eligible to OS 8.1 and completed the next AM. After setup, the drive mapping F where data files were located no longer appeared where critical files were located. A MBR drive and apps drive were created under alternate drive letters and spent 3.5 hours being transferred around India and the world to find NO support for the upgrade and end of life under Dell basic backup which they kept attaching dell datasafe local description.
Q#1: Is there any actual support for a dell recommended upgrade in any time frame post-purchase and install?
