hdd failure

Hello,

i've bought a years ago DELL inspiron n4050, without a system, honestly i had some trouble about installing a new one, a week ago i've turned off my pc and fall down while from my bed to ground about 50cm, and when i restart it i've got a bluescreen then it become slower, i've attempt to re-install windows 7, but still got the same issue, i've run the diagnostic and i've got the error on the Hard drive 

 Error Code 2000-0142 *** self test unsuccessful. Status = 7

My pc is now out of warranty what shoud i do ? i can read my hdd on " mode sans echec "
