Bios doesn`t see SSD - Dell Latitude D630

Hello

I have been using old, but still quite fast Dell D630. Lately i decided to replace HDD with SSD - Adata Premier SP800, and Bios can`t see it.  

I have installed the latest version of Bios, tried to change settings to AHCI, etc... but without any effect. Anybody can help ?

I have checked the SSD in my stationery computer and it works.
