Hi all, today I have upgraded Bios for my Inspiron 5520 from A07 to A14 without remove my current HDD password. Then I cannot use my laptop anymore due to wrong HDD password even I'm sure my password is input carefully and I could unlock HDD everyday with it prior to version A14. Thinking it's a bug. My password is all in lower cases and 12 characters long.
