I bought my laptop from Nepal. I came to USA 6 month back. All of a sudden now my battery last only for 10 minutes. My hard drive crashed. When I called customer's service and try to know if the laptop bought in Asia Pacific does have some issues with voltage problem from switching from 220v to 110 volt of USA. They first asked if had warranty. I said my warranty has experienced and I wanted to know if they can help me the reason of crash and if there was good suggestion for me or can replace . I tried multiple times. I hung up for hr n hr calling them. They moved me here n there. They said I dont have warranty.
What the Heck, I am not asking for warranty for all this long I am searching for solution and technical help if we have issues with the dell bought in Asia and used in USA and if you can replace me the parts.
The wolds worst customer service is of Dell support.
I will never buy dell products and convey this message to at least 100 not to buy. While shearing my views those friends too had same suggestion for me. Interesting!!!!
In-spite of being good and prompt delivery service for new purchases you could not improve your customers service.
