Targeted Read Test Failed [Error code: WHD16-CZV

I'm using DELL Inspiron N530 Desktop. My hard drive model is: WDC WD2500AAJS-75VWA0 Device.  When I run a hardware test from Dell Support Center. It showed the following error:Targeted Read Test Failed (Error code: WHD16-CZV)

 The device reported the following status: The previous self-test completed having the read element of the test failed.  The first failing LBA value is 20750407 and the failure occurred after the device had been operating for 23398 power-on hours.Failed (Error code: WHD16-CZV)

Please help me to find a solution.
