Use Dell NAUTILUS Firmware Update Utility for a Non-Dell Drive?

Hi,

I would like to know if I can use Dell Nautilus Firmware Update Utility to flash the firmware of my SEAGATE (ST4000NM0023 Seagate Constellation ES.3 4To) non Dell drives?

My MD3200 Doesn't recognize these drive because the are not from DELL. (INCOMPATIBLE)

Here my hardware
1 X PowerVault MD3200
1 X PowerVault MD1200 (With 12 Seagate) connected on my MD3200.
12 X ST4000NM0023 Seagate Constellation ES.3 4 To - SAS (Not From DELL)

If I can change my SEAGATE firmware by the DELL one, Probably is going to work.
