how to contact dell directly to prove my ownership of Dell laptop and to get the HDD pasword removed. plx help me we don't have techincal assistance here in Gilgit pakistan. i am being advised that i shall get the HDD connected to other computer and format the HDD. i don't want to get the laptop hardware open and don't want to lose my imp data. Pls help me soon
