Hard Drive Found in BIOS but not visible to Windows Recovery

I've a new XPS 8930 (< 4 weeks old) which booted with a BSOD last week.

Error code: 0xc000000f

"You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer."

I've run the diagnostic test with no errors and can see my hard drive in the system BIOS but the system cannot find my hard drive when I either:

Run in Command prompt from troubleshooting, or

Attempt to rensitall Windows from recovery USB (the installer is unable to find a hard disk)

In short I think my hard disk is fine but the system cannot see it?

I would be extremely grateful for any suggestions.
