Has anyone used the Dell SupportAssist program to test their BD-RE (HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N) in an XPS 8920 Desktop? I had to replace the drive recently and was running the diagnostics. The program fails the four DVD media tests, but I have no problem playing DVDs. The drive passes all the other drive tests for which I had discs. The drive also passes the hardware test accessed by the F12 key. Dell tech had no explanation. Thanks.
