SAS HDD nosupported

Hi.
I have an old Precision 690 with integrated LSI1068.
Mi old SAS HDD ST3300555SS (300GB, 10K) went dead and I bought an ST9300603SS (300GB, 10K) to replace the old one.
The problem is that the controller is not recognizing this new disk. The drive is listed during controller´s bios start up but an error message is shown: "MPT boot ROM, not supported devices found".

I have also tried an ST3300656SS (300GB, 10K) with negative results.

Any help? Are these HDDs absolutely not compatible? Should I use another model? Which one? Is there a way to use these HDDs in my Precision 690?
