On my Inspiron 15 3521 the Matshita UJ8C2 drive is missing. It doesn't show in Device Manager or My Computer. Last night I copied files to DVDs and
made an audio CD with no trouble. I don't know if I should try re-installing the driver, I haven't been able to find it. I haven't been able to find where to enter
a trouble ticket with Dell. The pc is still under warranty. I called Best Buy, where it was purchased. They suggested to bring it in but I thought I'd try a new
driver or something else first.
