On my Dell Inspiron 620, the two front USB ports (F and G drives) have stopped working. My external hard drive is in F and will not connect and I have tried I Pods and Memory sticks in G and F and the computer does not connect or recognize them as being there.
When I ran a diagnostics with Dell, it only recognized the rear USB ports in which my keyboard, mouse and webcam are in. It did not pick up the front ports.
I have also taken the keyboard and plugged it into the front ports and it doesn't work. Plug it it into its back USB port and keyboard works fine.
OS is Win 10 64 bit.
What else can I try to see what the problem may be?
