Dell R730/PERC H730 - Change RAID 1 to a RAID 0 with no data loss

I have a new Dell PowerEdge R730 with PERC H730 mini controller with two SAS hard drives, idrac8 and OpenManage Server Admin 8.3 installed and configured on the OS for remote access. During the initial setup phase, I chose to create a single virtual disk and use RAID1. After installing Win2012r2, I can see the single C:\ drive it created using all available free disk space (278gb). Unfortunately, I now need all of the space on the second disk, so I need to break the mirror back to where I have two independent drives, but I don't want to loose the installed OS.  Is it possible to change from RAID 1 to RAID 0 without loosing any data so I can see both drives independently in the OS? If Yes, this is possible, what is the best/fastest procedure to achieve this outcome?  Some resources I have read seem to suggest what I am trying to accomplish is impossible without loosing all data. Others say that Yes, it is possible using Openmanage, but others say the method is to boot into the Bios (ctrl+I) and delete the RAID 1. It is very confusing so I need clarification before taking action. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
