I have an Inspiron 7746, 64 bit, running WIndows 10.
Am unable to play Blu Ray films. Have tried VLC Player, Media Player etc without success. Also unable to view files on the Blu-ray disc on 'file explorer'. When I click on the D Drive, it asks 'insert a disc' (although one is already inserted). I click OK and no files get shown.
Laptop is now out of warranty, but Dell online did confirm my drive should be able to read blu ray disks, and to check my drivers are up to date, which they are!.
Any ideas?
