TSST TS-L632 will not burn a DVD

TSST TS-L632 will load a DVD and show DVD,but even after trying new firmware it will not burn. Also tried new DVDs and tried Opti Drive Control ,and it will not create a test disc. ConvertXtoDVD goes through the process till the end ,but the DVD doesn't burn. Shows no error messages.
