ERROR NO DEVICE FOUND DELL

I received an error and I want to know how the road can go, there is no device found I want to know what I should do I want me computer does not reset otherwise I lose all I backups I really do not know what to do watch videos on youtube but that did not really work and looked on google I want to look like julie know the problem
