I managed to perform the Dell Factory Image Restore since I'm having a ntoskrnl.exe, After it reformatted the laptop, it did rebooted and it showed the Dell Logo screen then the Windows Logo screen then it turns to black and then it will put me in the Startup Repair, the startup repair did not worked, and also the System Restore and the System Image Recovery and then when i take a look in the Dell Factory Image Restore option, it doesn't show any option of the Dell Factory Image. Sadly, i dont have the Installation Disk and i tried to download an ISO of the Windows 7 Home Premium x64 but an error appears and it does say that the software is pre-installed. I really need that laptop to work, Any of your answers will be a very big help to me..
