Ive recently had to use the power button to manually shut off my Dell Inspiron Laptop due to it crashing a lot. Today I had to do this and when I try to start it back up, it pauses at the loading screen, meaning it shows the CPU processors detected, the cache per processor core, an so on. It pauses there and gives me the options to enter the BIOS Setup with F2, and to boot device selection menu with F12. It allows me to hit F2 but not F12, and even if i press F2 it pauses yet again. I have not moved, bumped, or hit my laptop at all. Please tell me how to fix this! Please!
