1st time post so sorry if this is not in the correct section. I purchased 2 hard drives from Amazon just over 1 month ago for my NAS box and 1 drive is now dead and the other is showing errors, when contacting Amazon they advised i need to go back to manufacturer that sold them. As the drives are Western Digital i had already checked their warranty on their site and they said the same so as the drives state (Dell WD2003FYPS Western Digital 3.5 inch 2TB SATA Raid Edition Hard Drive) would these be covered by Dell and if so what would be the best method of contact to hopefully resolve my issue.
