Hello,
I have a new Dell 8700 and I installed a Seagate SATA 4 TB HD myself.
My pc did not automatically detect this drive and I cannot see it in Windows Explorer. After running several diagnoses and other test from Dell, it did pass all these test such as Seek, linear and random read, SMART, funnel, etc...and it does recognize the drive. But I still cannot access this particular drive.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
