Blue ray drive is not playing, and other normal dvds playing

i recently upgraded my dell laptop with blue ray drive, which i purchased in ebay, in that all normal dvds playing, but blue ray disk is not playing, i am shareing screen shot of the same, please kindlly anybody please help me in this regard
