Hello, I am in need of some help with my dell inspiron 15z.
Yesterday morning when I logged in, my desktop screen started flashing blue and all of the icons on the desktop and task bar items would refresh (disappear and reappear). I tried system restore but that didnt work. I tried starting in safe mode but the screen was black with just a few of my icons. And flashed instead to a black screen at a higher frequency. Also there was an explorer.exe error in the middle of the screen that I could not 'x' out of. Then I tried PC refresh. After completing, the screen just hung at the dell logo. I hit the power button to restart after about 45 minutes. When it restarted there was something that said undoing previous or something like that. Now Im back to where I started and no idea what to do next. The flashing doesnt allow me to do much at all. I use ctrl alt del to get into msconfig tools but not everything opens there...and I have no idea what Im doing anyway. Please help!
