I'm thinking about upgrading the hard drive in my laptop to an SSD. I have 2 years left on my warranty and dell next day hardware support, will this be voided if I do so? I understand that should any hardware component need replacing the solid state drive wouldn't be one of those, but would my other components still be protected under warranty?
I appreciate any help anyone else can give me but I'd prefer a response from a dell employee
