I am trying to burn an ISO image with a brand new Dell DVD R DW514. The computer is running Windows 8.1 and I am using the native Windows application to burn the image.
The DVD seems to burn the image correctly (I tried several ISO images and several DVDs), but when it runs the verification steps, I get an error 0xC0AA020D saying that the DVD R did not respond to a command and that it might be a timeout problem. As I said, the DVD seems to work fine, but I have no way to tell if some files are corrupted.
Anyone know what this timeout is and how can I change it? Thanks.
