I have a Dell Inspiron 530 which has a Samsung 320GB hard drive. I would like to add a second hard drive to put photos etc on. A Western Digital 2TB Green 3.5" SATA looks a possibility. However, from the pictures of this, like most internal hard drives I've seen pictures of, it has an open side showing the drive mechanism. The Samsung already in the PC is covered up. Will the additional drive not become covered in dust (my PC had lots of cobwebs in it when I opened it up!)? Any advice on which drive to chose and how to install it would also be appreciated.
